Enware introduces new compliant and functional handwash station kits for healthcare use

Enware Australia announced the launch of three new functional Type B handwash station kits designed to meet all performance requirements in healthcare applications.

Based on feedback from user groups, and released in the market following comprehensive, laboratory and field testing, Enware’s new handwash station kits meet all the compliance requirements of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines as well as hospital handwash guidelines.

Recommended for hospitals and healthcare and research facilities, the new handwash station kits assist with infection control and offer user-friendly operation with easy maintenance.

The new Enware handwash station kits come with an Enware IFO Cera basin complete with a shroud as well as choice of an eSQX touch free electronic mixer, a Leva wall mounted surgeon set or an Enmatic 5000 series sensor tap.

Designed for healthcare applications, the Cera basin incorporates an anti-water harbouring design with no overflow for better infection control and a fully rimmed basin for superior water and splash retention. The completely glazed surface also reduces risk of bacterial growth, and allows easier cleaning, maintenance and longevity.

Australia’s first and most technically advanced touch free point of use thermostatic mixer, Enware’s eSQX provides a temperature controlled, infra-red operated warm water outlet, perfectly matched to the Cera basin. Features such as flush cycles, dead-leg elimination, hands free usage and a laminar flow outlet assist with controlling Legionella, infections and bacterial growth.
