EwingCole Named Winner of the Annual Healthcare Interior Design Competition


EwingCole has been named a winner of the International Interior Design Association’s 5th annual IIDA Healthcare Interior Design Competition. This competition honors and celebrates outstanding originality and excellence in the design and furnishings of healthcare interior spaces.

EwingCole was recognized in the category of Community/Academic/Teaching Hospitals, for Penn Presbyterian Medical Center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The jury panel reviewing this year’s competition included Michelle Clark, IIDA, RID, LEED AP (senior associate, Rees Associates Inc.); Suzen L. Heeley (executive director, Design + Construction, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center) and Lisa Herriott, IIDA, LEED AP ID+C (interior designer, project manager, UW Medicine | Harborview Medical Center).
