Gerlor USA Offers Freedom From The Ordinary With Saga2

Break free from the staid and structured. Gerflor USA, a resilient commercial flooring leader and innovator, introduces a new world of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) options – challenging designers to create interiors that tell interesting and unexpected stories with Saga2.

With new colors, textures and designs, Saga2 brings the creative, aesthetic and decorative appeal of LVT to new levels. Ideal for every commercial interior – from corporate to education to healthcare – the collection’s styles are offered in the same size as carpet tiles, encouraging the resilient flooring to be used as a substitution for carpet, or for a seamless transition from carpet to tile.

“Saga2 challenges the repetitive looks often seen in LVT,” said Gino Venturelli, creative director at Gerflor. “We were inspired by various commercial aesthetic elements, and wanted to ensure designers could pair beautiful design with functionality by using LVT instead of, or in coordination with, carpet tiles.”

Inspired by the bespoke look and feel of a business blazer, Gentleman brings office fashion to the floor.

Rough Textile achieves the warmth and material effect of textile knitting, but with the commercial performance and durability to match.

Fiber lights up the floor, drawing from various metallic colors seen in modern lighting fixtures, furniture and decorative accent pieces.

Playing on the trend of geometric figures in interior design, Spider and Mosaic incorporate triangles and other angular shapes.

Featuring contemporary, dynamic floors while still staying true to its roots, the Sagacollection also includes wood looks that add touches of nature and warmth, as well as vintage concrete styles that speak to more modern, industrial interiors.

Ideal for high traffic application, Saga2 utilizes thick backing from recycled vinyl and cork, a rapidly renewable natural material, providing sound management properties throughout a room. Each tile features a decorative film protected by a thin, less than 0.3-inch thick transparent wearlayer and is treated with the factory applied, no-wax for life Protectsol® surface treatment.
