By HFT Staff

Goshen Health announced that its board has entered into a Letter of Intent to pursue a partnership with Parkview Health. The decision reflects Goshen Health’s responsibility to ensure that high-quality, local healthcare remains available to this community for generations to come.

Through this partnership, Goshen anticipates becoming Parkview's largest hospital outside of Fort Wayne and will serve as a regional hub for care, access and growth.

The partnership process will begin with a 90-day due diligence period, followed by a regulatory review process. Any final agreement will be subject to the successful completion of due diligence, regulatory approvals and final board authorization.

There are no immediate changes to patient care, services, staffing or day-to-day operations as a result of the announcement. Goshen Health’s hospital, clinics, services and care teams will continue operating as they do currently.
