Hospital's new food service hitting snags

Brantford General Hospital started a new method of heating and serving meals to patients

Brantford General Hospital in Ontario recently launched a new method of heating and serving meals to patients, and reviews are not good, according to an article on the Brantford Expositor website.

The new method involves daily microwave food preparation and delivery to about 240 patients.

Compass Group Canada took over nutrition services at the hospital last July and has introduced a new cooking process for patient meals called Steamplicity.
