Hurricane Florence repairs nearly complete at North Carolina hospital

Another hurricane season is approaching as the work is finished


Work is almost finished at Onslow Memorial Hospital (OMH) in Jacksonville, N.C. The hospitals repairing from damage from Hurricane Florence, according to an article on the ID News website.

Hurricane Florence left major wind and water damage to hospital facilities in 2018.

Florence brought damage to the roof over the Onslow Memorial education building, boiler room and an area that covers Information technology and radiology. 

The Education Building also sustained extensive water damage and interior finishes had to be removed, according to information from the OMH facilities team.
