JLG launches new global website with easier navigation, mobile-friendly display and 22 languages

McConnellsburg, Pa. — JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company [NYSE:OSK] and a global leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telescopic material handlers, launched a new global website, www.jlg.com, which features more content, easier navigation, and streamlined access to information about the company, its products, and its services in 22 languages. The site employs responsive design, so it displays in the best format for any device.

The new website invites visitors to select one of 29 countries in eight regions, making it easier for them to find solutions for their region. The site also features improved navigation, including multiple ways to locate equipment specifications, literature, and images, to more quickly access all the information customers require to purchase, operate and service their JLG equipment.

“The new JLG site allows visitors to find the information they need quickly and easily,” explained Alan Loux, JLG Industries vice president of marketing. “Now, customers can access the JLG site from a variety of devices – computers, tablets, and mobile phones – and be assured of a consistent experience with all the same information, regardless of the device,” said Loux. “We’ve built a framework to deliver what we believe is a best-in-class experience across all channels worldwide.”

New equipment selection tools enable customers to more easily identify the equipment best suited for their specific applications.

“For those who are unfamiliar with our product offerings, the site poses a number of questions to guide them in the selection process. With this site, we truly are reaching out to customers and potential customers with as much information and guidance as we can provide, in a format that is easy to navigate,” Loux continued. “We’re excited to introduce the site’s dynamic new look and feel, which represents and supports our commitment to building a community of JLG customers worldwide.”
