Hamilton, OH - Kaivac, developer of the No-Touch Cleaning® and most recently OmniFlex™ Crossover Cleaning systems, has just introduced its newest OmniFlex AutoVac with Lithium-Ion smart battery technology. 

This new cordless system can clean up to 20,000 square feet per hour, faster than most comparable traditional automatic scrubbers. And, users report they do not need to dust mop floors before using the machine, increasing worker productivity considerably.

Further, compared to traditional automatic scrubbers, the initial price of the AutoVac system is as much as 80 percent less.  And because there are few moving parts, there is rarely any downtime or need of a technician for repairs.  This makes cost savings one of its biggest long-term benefits of the system

Along with being fast and a cost saver, the machine is also very effective, leaving surfaces hygienically clean. 

This was proven by tests at the Toxics Use Reduction Institute (TURI) of the University of Massachusetts.  They report that the AutoVac out-performed a traditional automatic scrubber by removing 99 percent of targeted soil. 

Plus, it was almost twice as effective at removing contaminants from floors as a traditional microfiber mop, often used to clean commercial kitchen floors.

The way the AutoVac system works is quite revolutionary. 

Sitting atop a self-dispensing trolley bucket, fresh cleaning solution is always applied directly to the floor area to be cleaned.  As it is dispensed and the machine moved over the floor, the system simultaneously spreads the cleaning solution and provides enough agitation to loosen soils—all of which are vacuumed up by the AutoVac for total removal from the floor.
