Larson Electronics LLC Releases 500W Three Stage LED Light Tower for High Vibration Environments

Industrial lighting leader, Larson Electronics LLC, released a 3-stage fold over light mast that provides a safe and effective way to monitor secure locations from an elevated position. This two, 250-watt LED lamp light tower features a telescoping boom that extends up to 20 feet with 360 degrees of rotation, allowing operators to effectively cover large work areas.

The LM-20-3S-2X150LTL-LED is a high intensity telescoping steel light mast with two 250-watt LED lamps that directly replace two 500-watt metal halides. The lighting system produces 67,500 total lumens in a flood beam configuration with increased durability, an 80,000-lamp life and low power consumption. The LED lamps are connected to power via a 4-switch control box and feature individual circuits allowing them to be powered on and off independently. Each light head is fastened to the telescoping mast with trunnion style stainless steel mounting brackets for 180-degree adjustment. Combined with 360-degree rotation, these light heads offer maximum flexibility for beam positioning.

The 3-stage telescoping boom is elevated using a 2,500 lb. hand winch with 3/16” galvanized cable and is raised from 12 feet to 20 feet via a second 2,500-pound hand winch. The LM-20-3S-2X150LTL-LED 600-pound tower easily lifts and supports 150 pounds of equipment and can be custom tailored with a larger mounting plate, or an electric winch for faster deployment. The mast can be rotated 360 degrees and features a proprietary mast guidance system for increased stability during high winds. The light mast is designed for surface mounted with a six-bolt hole bracket.

“This LED light tower provides high output LED illumination which is perfect for larger applications that need bright light for intense cleaning or detailed work,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics LLC. “All of our light masts, this one included, are built to withstand high winds, so they are ideal for locations with high vibration, dust, dirt and other abusive working conditions.”
