Majority of top-rated healthcare facilities use Champion medical recliners

Two recent reports, one issued by U.S. News & World Report, and the other from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (“CMS”) have a corresponding link to Champion Manufacturing, Inc., a leading provider of medical recliners.  Both reports highlight very successful healthcare facilities, the vast majority of which choose Champion.

The U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals rankings have been published annually for more than 25 years. The rankings have long been focused on meeting the needs of challenging and medically-complicated cases, where patients seek a truly exceptional care center.

The ranking of the top 15 include some of the world’s elite institutions in the areas of cardiology, orthopedics, oncology and many other medical specialties.  Champion is pleased to have a presence in all 15 of these organizations.

In the CMS ratings, only 10 percent of 5,000 clinics received a five-star rating – the highest provided in the CMS evaluation – over 78 percent of those top clinics have Champion medical recliners.

“We believe successful healthcare organizations naturally align themselves with business partners who share the same single-mindedness for excellence.” noted Champion President/CEO, Doug Keeslar. “High-quality facilities have exceptional levels of patient care because they pay close attention to all the elements related to it. These organizations are effectively navigating a quickly-changing marketplace driven by new legislation and evolving consumer needs. They need partners who can do the same.”

“Champion is 100 percent focused on patient seating. Our experience in designing solutions for a variety of healthcare environments puts Champion medical seating in the forefront of the cost and quality outcomes that are significant factors in creating a successful facility.” said Keeslar.  “We congratulate these providers and are proud of our part in helping them deliver the highest quality of care.”
