Mazzetti Inc., a global engineering design and consulting firm, and Nashville-based Gene Burton & Associates (GBA), the country’s largest independent healthcare technology consulting firm, have merged. The merged company will retain the Mazzetti Inc. name and the combined brand will be known as Mazzetti GBA.

The combined firm will have a staff of 220 and 11 locations: Irvine, Sacramento and San Francisco, Calif.; Denver, Colo.; Portland, Ore.; two offices in Nashville, Tenn.; Arlington and Houston, Texas; Seattle, Wash.; and Bengaluru, India.
