A new multidisciplinary program at the University of Michigan's Stamps School of Art & Design will address a number of crucial healthcare issues, according to a blog on the Healthcare Design website by Executive Editor Jennifer Kovacs Silvis. The issues will include how to better deliver a continuum of care among providers from physicians to dieticians; how to better integrate caregivers, family, and friends in the care network; and how to improve healthcare by design to create a more human-centered approach, the article said.
