Robotic, augmented reality and 3-D printing may help build healthcare facilities, according to an article on the Health Facility Management website.

Augmented reality hard hats allow construction professionals to update and create models of projects in real time.

Smart glasses with all patient information embedded into them would mean that doctors would not have to divide their time switching back and forth from patient to computer screen.

On the construction side, a high-tech hard hat could use data from the helmet’s 360-degree navigation cameras and inertial measurement unit to map out an entire construction site.
