Nlyte Offers New Deployment Options of its Federal Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) Solution

Nlyte Software, the leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software company, today announced the availability of Nlyte DCOI On-Demand. This new deployment environment for the Nlyte platform is the first of its kind and facilitates U.S. federal agencies to more easily and rapidly gain compliance with Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) requirements while supporting the Modernizing Government Technology (MGT) Act.

Since the introduction of FITARA in 2014, Nlyte has been helping U.S. federal agencies meet the compliance and modernization goals stipulated in the legislation.  Today, over thirty-five (35) federal agencies across civilian, intelligence and defense organizations use, or are currently deploying, the Nlyte platform.

“As the first DCIM provider to offer a purpose-built solution for U.S. federal data center teams, Nlyte is proud to be giving agencies greater flexibility in how they deploy and pay for the solution,” said Andrew Ryan, VP of U.S. Federal Accounts for Nlyte. “Many U.S. federal agencies are accelerating their adoption of IT cloud tools and with this latest Nlyte DCOI On-Demand offering we are strengthening our partnership with agencies to help them expedite and achieve their individual missions.”

With the release of the Nlyte DCOI On-Demand, federal agencies can execute on their “cloud-first” IT modernization priorities to consolidate inefficient infrastructure, optimize existing facilities, improve security posture, achieve cost savings, and transition to more efficient infrastructure. DCOI On-Demand will streamline implementation time by permitting agencies to procure the solution in a flexible, FedRAMP-compliant environment.

“We take security very seriously and that’s why for years we have been the only Veracode-certified DCIM solution provider in the market,” said Doug Sabella, CEO and President of Nlyte. “Now we are pleased to be raising the security bar further by offering U.S. federal agencies the same robust cloud service the private sector has been leveraging for years in a secure FedRAMP-compliant dedicated hosted environment that provides the security the U.S. federal government demands.”
