O&G Begins Renovation of Blood Draw and Pulmonary Center at St. Mary’s Hospital

O&G Industries, Connecticut’s largest privately-held construction company, has begun the renovation of a blood draw and pulmonary center at St. Mary’s Hospital.

The project includes a complete renovation of the hospital’s blood draw and pulmonary areas within the Medical Office Building on Scovill Street.  O&G, the project’s general contractor will self-perform the work, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.

Moser Pilon Nelson of Wethersfield and Van Zelm Engineers of Farmington are the Architect and Engineer respectively.  Earlier this year O&G’s Special Projects Group completed the renovation of Cath Lab #2 at St. Mary’s Hospital.  Additional projects completed in 2016 include the renovation of St. Francis Hospital’s Women’s Health Center and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital’s Operating Room #1.
