Poettker Construction Announces Opening of Charlotte Office

Poettker Construction, a second-generation family-owned construction company, has announced the opening of Poettker Southeast in Charlotte, North Carolina. This expansion to the Southeast region will be led by a team of Poettker leadership, including Keith Poettker, president; Ryan Poettker, executive vice president and chief operating officer; and Kevin Poettker, director of business development

“This has been such an exciting year for Poettker as we celebrate continued growth,” said Keith Poettker. “The Charlotte community – both businesses and residents – have welcomed Poettker with open arms. We couldn’t have asked for a better city to help grow our business.”

The Charlotte office, located at 4944 Parkway Plaza Blvd, currently employs 13 people, many of whom already have established roots in the Southeast.  Over the next year, the company expects to hire up to 20 people to accommodate the clients and markets it serves while supporting its current Southeast workload. The 3,100-square-foot space is easily expandable, allowing the company to grow with it.
