Poll: Operators Mis-Fueled Outdoor Power Equipment


According to a 2018 poll from OPEI, 11 percent of Americans reported using the wrong fuel in their outdoor power equipment in 2018 - such as their lawn mowers, portable generators, and chainsaws. This is the season for yard improvement - and now is the time to educate consumers on safe fueling, given that many are now spending their free time in their yards and gardens using their outdoor power equipment.
