RedVector Partners with the International Code Council to offer new online code training courses

Tampa —  — RedVector.com, the leader in eLearning and workforce training solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), industrial and facility management industries, has partnered with the International Code Council (ICC) to offer first-class code training in a dynamic new online format.

International Codes, or I-Codes, published by the ICC are the preeminent codes used in the design, build and compliance process. They’re used by most U.S. communities (including Federal agencies) and many global markets to create safe buildings and communities and protect the health and welfare of people who use and inhabit them.

As part of the new partnership, RedVector and ICC will develop over 50 hours of I-Code training courses, many of which were released this week.

“Providing quality training ensures that ICC Members and others in the construction industry have continuing education opportunities to support them in their careers and earning professional certifications, which impacts building safety,” said ICC Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development Mark Johnson. “We are pleased to partner with RedVector.com to expand ICC’s online training offerings.”

The online courses will cover key topics including the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Green Construction Code, International Fire Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Energy Conservation Code and more. The courses will be available at both www.RedVector.com and www.icccampus.org.

“We are proud to partner with the ICC and are excited to provide their world-class training content in an interactive, online training format,” said Bobby Person, Product Director at RedVector. “The ICC sets the standard for building codes and RedVector excels in eLearning for the AEC industries. Together, we’ll be able to offer professionals new and dynamic learning options on the complete set of comprehensive, coordinated building safety and fire prevention codes, and ultimately help benefit public safety.”
