Remote Operations Company (ROC) Merges with SRC Technologies

Remote Operations Company (ROC) and SRC Technologies announce the merging of the two IT service companies. Both are headquartered in northeast Wisconsin and serve industries such as manufacturing, financial, government, healthcare, transportation, insurance, and specialize in highly regulated requirements.

Kari Serrahn, President and CEO of ROC, will oversee both companies in her expanded role. The former President and CEO of SRC Technologies, B.J. Havlik, will remain with the company as a Senior Leadership Consultant.

“This is an exciting time in the history of ROC and SRC Technologies as it allows us to continue to provide the best possible support and services for our clients,” Serrahn said. “This merger doubles the number of technical resources available to clients and enhances current managed services by combining both of our team’s approaches. We want our clients to know we are committed to providing a smooth transition with their same teams in place.”

While this is a merger of two organizations, the names of each company will stay the same while opportunities for a more cohesive name may take place in the future. As for clients, the merging of ROC and SRC Technologies will be seamless and clients can expect to work with the same team as always. Clients can anticipate increased access to additional services in the future, including a la carte offerings for server, storage, networking managed service, professional services, information technology service management (ITSM) as well as cybersecurity posture maturity.
