St. Joseph Regional Medical Center to Integrate Catalyst Medical Group

The transition is expected to be completed in late 2025.

By HFT Staff

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) and Catalyst Medical Group (CMG) announced plans to join forces, bringing CMG into the SJRMC health system. The unified organization will create a more comprehensive and integrated healthcare delivery system for the patients and communities it serves. Specifically, the addition of CMG to SJRMC’s network will expand the medical center’s cancer, maternity, heart and vascular, neurology, wound, orthopedic, primary care and pediatric services and create cohesive care pathways for patients that span their healthcare needs.

The CMG practices that are part of this acquisition include Lewiston Orthopedics and Valley Medical Center. The transition is expected to be completed in late 2025, at which point CMG employees will join the SJRMC team. Until then, the organizations will continue to operate independently. Once completed, patients can be assured that the transition will be seamless, and they can continue to access their trusted providers at CMG and SJRMC’s locations as they do today.

CMG and SJRMC will continue to keep patients, community members, and employees informed throughout the transition.
