Another hospital employee had complained to hospital management that the same type of stool would "come out from under you" when you tried to sit on it
The stool had hard plastic casters and much more likely to roll out from under a user than an identical stool with rubber wheels, the suit said.
The stool was allegedly only suitable for use on a soft, carpeted flooring surface.
