TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. announces expansion into the Philippines healthcare market via an agreement with Espire Health Philippines, Inc.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.- TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. ("TOMI(TM)" or "the "Company"), a global bacteria and infectious disease control company, announced that it has entered into a sales agency agreement with Espire Health Philippines, Inc. ("Espire Health"). This agreement will support and deliver TOMI(TM)'s SteraMist(TM) suite of products to three Cancer Treatment Specialist Centers in the Philippines. Espire Health has been contracted to build, own and operate the three centers, which form the first part of President Benigno Aquino III's Health Reform Strategy for the Philippines. Espire Health is in partnership with the Department of Health under the Public Private Partnership program.

Dr. Halden Shane, TOMI(TM)'s Chief Executive Officer, stated, "TOMI(TM) is excited to work with Espire Health along with adding the Philippines to TOMI(TM)'s gold standard Healthcare Associated Infections ("HAIs") control program. TOMI(TM)'s SteraMist(TM) program has successively and consistently demonstrated a significant reduction in HAIs in hospitals in other countries. TOMI(TM) is also pleased to announce that Espire Health's first order was received, has cleared customs and is currently being incorporated as a standard protocol for maintaining a sterile environment within the Cancer Treatment Centers. This will be essential for the well-being of patients undergoing treatment.

SteraMist(TM)'s Binary Ionization Technology ("BIT(TM)") is a state-of-the-art international decontamination technology that uses alow-percentage hydrogen peroxide which is passed through an atmospheric cold plasma arc to produce a Reactive Oxygen Species ("ROS") that kills or inactivates mold, bacteria and viruses, including hard-to-kill bacterial spores. This process leaves no residue and converts to only oxygen and water, which is considered eco-friendly.

Robert L.L. Relova III, Project Director of Espire Health, stated, "SteraMist(TM) will be incorporated and used in all critical care, operatory, dialysis, treatment, infusion and radiological areas. SteraMist(TM) will also be recommended as part of the country's Ebola & MERS control program." Mr. Relova is recognized as a renowned medical technocrat. Mr. Relova further stated, "I have always strived to seek and find the world's leading technologies for many industries. All results and tests support SteraMist(TM) as the premier mechanical cleaning device to control HAIs and to reduce the turnover time in the field of hospital hygienic cleaning. SteraMist(TM)'s results will significantly benefit the patients and healthcare workers."
