The Stafford (Avamere) Earns Perfect Score for Quality Care and Safety
The Stafford, an assisted and independent living community, earned their fourth consecutive deficiency-free survey, the highest score possible. The Stafford is part of the Avamere Family of Companies.
The survey is an on-site inspection conducted by the Department of Human Services based on guidelines outlined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. It examines resident quality of care and quality of life, dietary services, fire safety,
and environmental services.The examination includes interviews with residents, residents’ family members, and Stafford employees. They also evaluate training records and electronic charts.T
