Phoenix Park Care Village, a Scunthorpe, U.K., care village that was branded "inadequate" by health inspectors last September has failed to make improvements, according to an article on the Scunthorpe Telegraph website.

• Two residents were unable to use their en-suite bathrooms because mattresses and mobility equipment were stored in them

• Bags with contaminated linen were stored in a communal bathroom

• Infection control practices did not reflect current guidance
