Watermark Designs introduces independent side sprays for multiple configurations

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Watermark Designs, producers, designers and manufacturers of contemporary and traditional plumbing fixtures and bath accessories for more than 30 years, has introduced a progressive valve independent side spray that can be used in multiple configurations — in either the kitchen or the bath. The side sprays offer maximum design and plumbing flexibility, seamlessly fitting into a variety of design schemes. In the kitchen, the sprays can be added after the installation of a kitchen faucet, and in the bath they can be installed after the tub set has been chosen and installed.

“These side sprays solve a lot of problems for designers and installers,” said Avi Abel, general manager and owner of Watermark Designs. “Because no diverter is necessary they are independent of other plumbing which gives people much more flexibility. In fact, in a kitchen installation, our side spray doesn’t depend on the kitchen faucet – you can have both the kitchen faucet and side spray on at the same time and at two different temperatures.”

The side sprays are a progressive valve design, giving designers and installers added flexibility. Rather than being considered an ‘after-thought’, Watermark Designs manufactured these sprays with the utmost consideration for the job they do. Benefits of the sprays include:

Independent temperature and volume control

The sprays have two mounting elbows, so they can be installed straight up or on a 45 degree angle (for use in kitchens)

You can choose a spray that can be adopted for tub set use, and also used as a hand-held shower

They are manufactured with a black, double-braided nylon hose which is durable and neutral in color

Designers can choose to use them as a 4-hole tub set instead of a 5-hole, which results in a cleaner aesthetic
