ePIPE Provides DWI/WRAS Approved Protection Against Lead (Pb) Leaching


ePipe has confirmed that it have recently concluded its DWI regulation 31(4)(a) re-approval, DWI file: 56.4.995 for our ePIPE product. As part of the re-approval process we have also satisfied DWI and gained compliance with the WIS 4-02-03 Operational Requirements: In Situ Polymeric Lining of Service Pipes.
 
The approvals, position our ePIPE technology as the only service pipe lining material and process of its kind to meet the stringent requirements of both WRAS and Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) Reg 31(4)(a) for use in both public and private water supplies. This permits the ePIPE application, in a single set up, to protect drinking water piping systems from the water main through to the building.
 
The patented ePIPE technique has been used at bringing lead (Pb) leaching into compliance and protecting pipes from leaks in the UK for over five years.ePIPE is approved with the industries fastest return to service time of two hours.
