Virtually any hospital in the U.S. has the necessary isolation ward to provide proper care and infection control for a case of Ebola.

There is also a plentiful supply of gloves, needles, PPEs and other equipment and a transportation infrastructure would make it possible to replenish the necessary supplies quickly.
