The view of a building's grounds and parking lot is where visitors tend to begin to form an opinion. These areas should be free of clutter.

When choosing music, keep in mind that the age of the residents. The community is home to all who live there, and their interests are what should be paramount.

Once inside, good smells can mean no perceptible odor at all or the smell of fresh baked goods, soft florals, etc. Any scent that most people would find pleasant is a good idea.
