Duro-Last, Inc. adds flute fill combo board to their Duro-Guard insulation product line

SAGINAW, MICHIGAN – Duro-Last, Inc. announces an addition to its Duro-Guard insulation product line with EPS Flute Fill Combo Board for another Time off the Roof™ solution.

Duro-Guard EPS Flute Fill Combo Boards combine flute fill with the 4’x8’ flat panels. The custom formed EPS board is available with a factory laminated fire rated coated-glass fiber mat or a polyester facer over the EPS insulation. The one-step insulation installation will speed up installations and reduce labor on metal building retro-fit applications. Duro-Guard EPS Flute Fill Combo Board may be used directly under Duro-Last, Duro-Tuff® or Duro-Fleece® membranes without the use of a separator sheet.

Duro-Guard EPS Flute Fill Combo Boards are specifically designed for metal building retro-fit applications that employ mechanically attached or Duro-Bond® induction welding systems. The advantages of using the EPS Flute Fill Combo Board is the reduced labor from single-piece construction combined with a laminated facer which eliminates the need of a separator sheet. Other benefits include: code approvals, stable R-values, moisture resistance, and environmentally friendliness. The EPS Flute Fill Combo Board has no formaldehyde or ozone-depleting CFC’s or HCFC’s. It also contains 25% recycled material and is 100% recyclable.

Duro-Last is known for prefabricated roofs, custom curbs and stacks, renowned quality assurance and technical field services, as well as industry-leading warranties. The addition of the EPS Flute Fill Combo Board provides Duro-Last customers with another Time off the Roof solution, one of several new options to save you time and money.
