HealthSource of Ohio and UC Health are partnering to expand access to care through a new 80,000 square-foot medical office building in Batavia.
The space will bring more primary and specialized health services and integrated support services to Clermont County, eastern Greater Cincinnati, communities throughout Southwestern Ohio, creating a regional hub where patients can access a range of services all under one roof to reduce barrier to care and improve patient outcomes. Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2028.
The building, which is being developed by HealthSource of Ohio, will house services from both organizations. Groundbreaking is planned for later this month, and site development has started.
HealthSource of Ohio will provide primary care, behavioral health, urgent care, vision and pharmacy services, including a drive-thru, while UC Health will provide specialty care and diagnostic services. The co-location of services is expected to enhance care coordination, reduce wait times and improve the overall patient experience.
