Nora Lighting Introduces Prism, Smart RGBW Downlight that Changes Color, Kelvin Settings

Nora Lighting introduces PRISM™, a smart LED RGBW retrofit downlight that creates unique visual environments by changing the color of the light, the Kelvin temperature or light intensity. PRISM is the latest advance in sophisticated lighting controls for hospitality venues or residences.

Using Bluetooth technology, PRISM’s lighting effects can be directed by the designer or end user with the Prism handheld remote or with an iOs or Android smartphone using Nora’s ControLIT™ App.

The PRISM remote control and Nora’s ControLIT™ App work in tandem to: select CCT or RGB; adjust dimming; set up zoning; and on/off pre-set times – even synching lights to the beat of music in a smart phone.

PRISM is offered in a 4” aperture with 710 lumens and 5/6” aperture with 825 lumens. It has 90+ CRI and is programmable from 2700K to 4000K on the white color setting with thousands of RGBW color options.

PRISM can be retrofitted into existing 4”, 5” or 6” housings or installed in new construction or remodel applications. It complies with 2016 Title 24, Part 6 High Efficacy LED Lighting Source Requirements (JA8).

PRISM is available in baffle or reflector styles with bronze or white finishes and a deep cut-off for visual comfort. It can be installed in new construction or remodels, or retrofitted into existing 4”, 5” or 6” housings. A standard wall switch is used for on/off operation.

A PRISM video demonstration can be seen at: http://noralighting.com/prism.aspx
