More than 50 percent say they have definitely been hit and 25 percent are unsure or have no way of knowing.
Seventy-three percent of hospitals say they have a continuity plan for addressing ransomware should they suffer an attack.
Healthcare organizations need a security model that meets the needs of the facility, but is also easy to use, the article said.
