Tacony Corporation Partners with the National Service Alliance

By Healthcare Facilities Today

Fort Worth TX - Tacony Corporation, a leading manufacturer of sewing machines, residential and commercial floor care products, ceiling fans and lighting, as well as a wide spectrum of professional cleaning tools and equipment announces that three of their most popular brands-Tornado, Powr-Flite, and CFR-have recently joined the National Service Alliance (NSA) as a Performance Partner.

The NSA is a group purchasing organization (GPO).

Similar to a buying group, the NSA originally provided services specifically for building service contractors (BSCs). However, they have expanded and now provide GPO services to many other industries, such as transportation, security, and landscaping.

"The purchasing power of a GPO is a powerful tool for their members in today's world," says James Young, director of national accounts for Tacony. "They not only help end-users purchase professional cleaning tools and equipment more cost effectively, but their goal is to work with the 'best of the best,' providing [their members] with top-quality products at the best price."

According to Young, NSA also offers a full suite of performance solutions for their members, including revenue enhancement, quality assurance, green and sustainable practices, safety, technology, and education.

Because Tacony has become a Performance Partner with NSA, the company will also be able to provide NSA members with additional cost savings, rebates, consulting services, training, and other benefits.

"When we took the time to review what the NSA offers its members we were quite impressed," adds Young. "Along with providing them with cost-effective, high-quality equipment, they offer educational programs, webinars, and other benefits to help their members improve their businesses and make their businesses more profitable."
