Chattanooga Primary Care's mobile medical facility is an RV with an examination table where the bed would be, two bathrooms, cabinets of supplies and medical-grade lighting, according to an article on the Times Free Press website.
Vicky Cooke, owner of Chattanooga Primary Care, calls it "Healthcare on Wheels."
"If you don't put health care underneath peoples' noses, they're not going to take care of themselves," she said in the article.
Cooke wants to use the mobile clinic for standard physicals and annual examinations, taking the clinic to people at work, instead of asking them to miss half a day.
Cooke bought a used RV and had its insides renovated for medical use, for a total investment of about $80,000.
