The University of Vermont Medical Center continues to investigate the cause of mysterious odors

The Green Mountain Surgery Center in Colchester offered operating room time to the hospital to help it deal with rescheduling surgeries in December.

The hospital said extensive testing both internally and by outside consultants and the State of Vermont has not revealed a cause for the odors in the operating rooms.
