Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center Ensnared in Cyberattack

On or about October 10, 2025, they determined that the Incident may have impacted PHI or PII.

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (ANHC) was subject to a criminal cyberattack that impacted their systems. With assistance from third-party experts, they took prompt steps to secure their systems and investigate the nature and scope of the Incident. As part of their extensive investigation, they worked diligently to identify any protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) that may have been subject to unauthorized access or acquisition as a result of the Incident. On or about October 10, 2025, they determined that the Incident may have impacted PHI or PII.  

The incident may have impacted the following categories of PHI or PII related to the affected individuals: name, date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license/state identification number, medical treatment information and/or health insurance information.  

Out of an abundance of caution, ANHC is providing this notice so that all potentially affected individuals can take steps to minimize the risk that their information will be misused. Since the incident, they have implemented a series of cybersecurity enhancements and will soon roll out others.
