Ennoble Care Falls Victim to Data Breach

Their investigation into the incident is still ongoing.

On April 17, 2025, Ennoble Care & Circa Health, LLC (Ennoble) learned that an employee email account may have been subject to unauthorized access. Their investigation into the incident is still ongoing. 

Upon learning of the issue, Ennoble commenced an immediate and thorough forensic investigation. The investigation aimed to determine the extent of the activity and whether individual personal and health information, if any, may have been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized party.  

At this time, Ennoble’s investigation into the incident and what specific information was impacted is ongoing; however, potentially impacted information may include individual name, address, date of birth, hospice status (admitted, recertified, discharged, or revoked), status dates (e.g., admission date, certification period, discharge/revocation date), and orders status (CTI, SN, MSW, CH, HHA, etc.). Please note, they have no evidence to indicate that their cloud-based electronic health record was compromised as a result of this incident. 

Upon learning of the event, Ennoble took immediate action to protect the individual personal and health information they maintain. Ennoble continually evaluates and modifies their practices to enhance the security and privacy of personal information and is taking measures to augment their existing cybersecurity.
