Healthcare facilities have a backlog of tens of millions of dollars worth of renovations

Minnesota state hospitals conditions are at a "crisis point" according to state officials. The healthcare facilities have a backlog of tens of millions of dollars worth of renovations, according to an article on the Campus Safety website.
