GHS Laurens County Memorial Hospital in Clinton, S.C., has received two patient safety awards, according to an article on the WLBG website.
The South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) announced the hospital has received two South Carolina “Certified Zero Harm Awards,” to recognize excellent performance in patient safety.
These are given when a hospital records no preventable hospital-acquired infections of a specific nature during a certain period of time.
