The United States has everything needed to stop Ebola, according to an article on the Vox website.

America has the facilities and equipment, public sanitation and communications infrastructure to contain an outbreak, the article said.

Virtually any hospital in the U.S. has the necessary isolation ward to provide proper care and infection control for a case of Ebola.

There is also a plentiful supply of gloves, needles, PPEs and other equipment and a transportation infrastructure would make it possible to replenish the necessary supplies quickly.
