Doctors Imaging Group (DIG) is providing notice of a cyber security event (the “Event”). DIG became aware of suspicious activity involving their computer network and promptly began an investigation. The investigation determined that the network had been accessed by unknown actors between November 5, 2024, and November 11, 2024, and during this time files were copied. DIG reviewed the files to determine the content and to whom it relates, and on August 29, 2025, they completed the review.

The review identified the following types of information: name, address, date of birth, admission date, financial account number, financial account type, patient account number, medical record number, health insurance information, medical treatment information, medical claim information and Social Security number.

DIG moved quickly to respond and investigate suspicious activities, assess the security of their network and notify potentially impacted individuals. They notified federal law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities. They mailed letters to individuals where address information is available as information became available. DIG is currently reviewing their policies and procedures, as well as assessing new cybersecurity tools, to reduce the risk of a similar incident occurring in the future.
